Top 100 tools for Leaning Selected by C4LPT
Judy Robertson introduced "Top 100 tools for Learning 2009" complied by Jane Hart, who founded Centre for Learning and Performance Technologies (C4LPT), in a post published on Blog@CACM. Not surprisingly, the top three on the list are Twitter, Delicious and Youtube.
