不管這份清單有多長,八點也罷,十點也好,我試着把企業主管們的怨念翻譯成白話如後:IT 總是不說些正常人能聽懂的話,沒人知道他們在幹啥,這幫技客只顧着想方防設法從公司口袋裡挖錢買些昂貴無用的“玩具”,根本不在乎公司需要;更可惱的是,花了錢卻沒有把事情辦好。
